Online Sign-in
Welcome to the Bodhi Tree's online sign-in feature. There are a few things that you have to know and do to ensure that the sign-in saves you time, and keeps things running smoothly at the studio as it was intended to. The online sign in allows you to reserve a space for yourself in classes in advance and, if you choose, to buy passes over the internet with your credit card. You can also buy gift certificates for other people (make sure that in the online store you select the tab that says Gift Certificates).
We expect you to read the Sign-In Frequently Asked Questions before you get started. All new students to the Bodhi Tree need to physically come in to the studio and fill out a registration form to do their first class and to sign in online, as well as to buy passes. Gift certificates can be purchased without having been to the studio but you do need to call the studio first to get your name into our database in order to access the online store.
** Effective June 15, 2009: You will only be able to sign up for classes up to seven days in advance.
**You need to have a current pass/package to be able to sign-in online, which you can purchase through the online store.
**There is a maximum of 12 students that can reserve a spot in most classes ahead of time. The class is NOT full when the online sign-up is full. 31 spots are still available for walk-ins.
...and the most important things to keep in mind for those who use this feature,
#1. It is your responsibility to cancel out of classes that you cannot make it to over the web. Please don't cancel over the phone as it ties up the desk staff.
#2. Be on time. You should aim to be at the studio no later than 15mins before the class starts. Remember that at 10 mins prior to the class starting your spot may be given away.
#3. If you do not cancel out of the class one hour prior, you will be penalized. One class will be deducted if you have a 5, 10, or 20 class card. One day will be deducted if you have a monthly or yearly pass.
